Our sustainability commitments

Our deep love and respect for nature drives our commitment to sustainable floristry practices that honour and preserve the environment.

British-Grown Seasonal Flowers

Our primary focus is sourcing exclusively British-grown seasonal flowers. This approach not only immensely reduces our carbon footprint, but also supports sustainable agriculture and promote biodiversity. This will always be the choice at the heart of our work — we love that both our designs and the environment will benefit from it!

Sustainable Mechanics

We actively advocate for the abandonment of floral foam — a single-use plastic made from non-renewable petrochemicals that contributes to microplastic pollution. We never include it in our designs: instead, we use sustainable alternatives like kenzans, chicken wire, moss, and reusable vessels to structure our installations and displays.

Organic Cultivation and Waste Reduction

Needless to say, our flowers are grown organically, free from pesticides and single-use plastics. After events, all green materials are composted, enriching the soil for future blooms and closing the sustainability loop.

Ethical business practices

Finally, we believe that a fair and safe working environment is crucial to being truly sustainable. By paying ourselves, our staff and our suppliers fairly, we ensure that everyone involved in our process is treated with respect and dignity. This commitment fosters a positive and supportive atmosphere, allowing us to work collaboratively towards our shared goals.

In embracing these practices, we aim to create a business that not only delivers beautiful floral designs but also contributes positively to the well-being of our community and the planet.
