Mora is a season-led creative practice, based in East London and run by Alice Donadoni. Mora specialises in events and loves to create atmospheres by building organic, lively and textural displays inspired by our natural surroundings.
Nature is our main muse and the hero of our designs: we observe the growing patterns and behaviours of the blooms and let them guide us. We rejoice at the unexpected twist of a stem or speckle on a petal, and champion them in our arrangements. This is why cultivating flowers is an integral part of the Mora practice, keeping us connected to the earth and to the seasons.
Because the natural materials we use are the true heart of our creations, we have chosen to work exclusively with seasonal, locally grown flowers, foliage and produce. We truly believe these to be the finest ingredients for our floral recipes. This resolution might feel limiting to some, but it only has benefits in our eyes: besides being the most environmentally friendly option, it stimulates our creativity, it makes each design unique and it ensures we will always be working with what is best in bloom at the time our services are required.
