The process
01 Enquiry
You found Mora, how wonderful! Get in touch with your date, venue, guest count, budget and the atmosphere you'd love us to help create. You're also welcome to tell us about your colour preferences, and to share as many other details you'd like about your plans for the day. You can email enquiries@morafloral.studio or fill this form.
02 Consultation
We will begin with a relaxed 30 minute chat to get to know each other. You'll get the chance to tell us more about your day and we'll give you a sense of how our gut feeling led us to interpret in a seasonal key the information you have shared so far. These intepretations won't necessarily end up being the route we will together decide to take for your florals, but they should give you enough of a sense of if we are the right florist for you. If that's the case, we move onto the Design Proposal.
03 Design Proposal
During the design phase we pinpoint the seasonal qualities that will inspire our florals and work on creating a detailed plan, fully tailored to your day, that defines the different ways we will bring your desired atmosphere to life in floral form. It will start with us presenting up to three creative directions; from those options we will, with your feedback, select and finesse the one that will lead us to the practical execution of all your floral moments of the day.
For us to hold your date and start working on the Proposal, the payment of a £300 Design Fee (that will be then deducted from your final invoice ) is required.
04 The Run Up
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we will bring everything together behind the scenes: we will coordinate with your venues, plan vessels and mechanics, organise transport, and so on. Most importantly, we will closely work with our trusted growers to build the perfect recipe of seasonal ingredients to help write the story of your day.
05 The Wedding Day
You won't have to worry about a thing! Our team will take care of everything on the day: from careful delivery and artful installation, to returning later to clear up once the celebrations are over.
