Climbing and tangling, tumbling and bouncing, blushing and ripening June greens for an early Summer dinner at Michelin Green Star restaurant Apricity.
Everlasting pea trails stretched and curled their tendrils around swollen nigella seedpods and blackberry gems. Young teasels, in their pale, silvery shade mixed with galega twisting blooms and light leaves, while clouds of hoary cress toasted by the sun surrounded the floaty hairy dots of wild geums seed heads and freshly scented flowering applemint. One colour thread, but a feast of movement, shape and textures nonetheless.
